TikFuck Terms of Service and User Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and TikFuck Network ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Platform. Your use of the Platform signifies your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

TikFuck.net provides an adult-oriented social networking and connection platform that facilitates private interactions between consenting adults. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• User profile creation and management for adult social networking.
• Private messaging and media sharing capabilities between matched users.
• Discovery features to connect with other users based on shared interests and preferences.
• Access to adult content generated by users and third-party providers, where permitted by law.
• Platform tools designed to enhance user interaction and connection authenticity.

We may introduce new features or modify existing ones at any time. Access to certain features may require account registration and compliance with age verification procedures.

5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform.
6. Distribute viruses, malware, or any other destructive code through the Platform.
7. Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
8. Solicit personal information from minors or engage in any activity that could be considered harmful to minors.

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement) are owned by TikFuck Network, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The "TikFuck" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TikFuck Network or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

User Content License: By uploading, posting, or sharing any content on the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the Platform and our business.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TIKFUCK NETWORK, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM.
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM.
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Platform. We are not liable for any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from such interactions.

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions within your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of a recognized arbitration body in England. The seat of arbitration shall be London. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or stop any actual or threatened unauthorized use or abuse of the Platform, or infringement of our intellectual property rights.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page periodically so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
